Dan has a diverse background in Convenience Store Operations and Fuel Supply with an impressive 24+ years of experience. Dan was introduced to operating Convenience Stores in 1995 while earning a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Wichita State University. He quickly rose through the corporate ladder while working for Coastal Mart, Inc/ El Paso Energy, a C-store chain that operated over 1000 stores at the time.  He worked his way up from store manager to an Internal Auditor overseeing all areas from inventory, financial and payroll auditing. Dan went on to be CEO/CFO/Partner of 39 C-store chains from 2002- 2012, covering two states, where he continually improved profitability and revenue over the course of a decade.  In 2012 Dan sold off part of this portfolio to concentrate on moving on to the Wholesale Fuel Industry, making the decision to retain a select amount of his own stores. He eventually leased the businesses while moving to the Wholesale Fuel Supply Industry in 2016 and within the last 5 years, Dan has merged into the Wholesale Fuel side focusing on Acquisitions; successfully launching three Distributorships.

 With experience in working for a billion-dollar company, to the more hands-on exposure of working with a smaller chain, along with the experience gained from setting up and operating his own businesses, Dan has been exposed to and experienced every aspect of the C- store/ Fuel Supply Industry to include HR, Merchandising, Inventory control, Price Book Managing, Marketing, Franchise Food programs, Acquisitions, Profit & Loss analyzing, Analyzing Branded and Unbranded Markets, Setting up freight for Wholesale Fuel, working with all major Oil companies.

Dan has a greatly proven success in buying distressed assets and turning them into profitable portfolios proving himself to be a true asset to investment ventures.
